What's the difference between monthly credits and add-on packs?

Monthly credits reset every billing cycle; add-on packs never expire for as long as your subscription is active, and are prioritized for use first.

Do failed generations use up credits?

No. Any failed generation automatically refunds the credits to your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel anytime, keep using your plan until the current period ends, no lock-in contract.

Can I shoot straight from an agent like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor?

Yes, on Auteur and above (not Aperçu). Issue yourself an MCP key under Account → Agent connection and your agent can push prompts, shot breakdowns and studio generations straight into your account — the generation still happens here, charged at the normal in-app credit price, and the results land in your own projects. Any MCP client that speaks Streamable HTTP can connect. There is no per-plan daily cap: your credit balance is the ceiling, and each key can carry an optional self-imposed limit as a guardrail; when credits run low the agent gets a warning and a top-up link. Keys expire (30 / 90 / 365 days), can be revoked at any time, and you can hold up to 5 at once; they stop working if the plan drops below Auteur and resume on upgrade — no need to reissue.

Do AI-generated characters still need “AIGC verification”?

No. Video models run real-person detection, and photoreal character art can be mistaken for a real person. Reference images, videos and audio are now reviewed automatically at generation time, so AI-generated portraits usually pass without any extra step. Photos of real people are still not supported. If a generation doesn’t pass the review, its credits are fully refunded.

Will text inside the frame come out legible?

Video models still write text unreliably — misspellings and smeared letterforms are common — so shoots go out asking the model to keep the frame clean and add no text of its own. When a title card, headline, sign or piece of packaging has to be crisply readable, generate that image with an image model first — images render text far more accurately — then use it as a reference or first frame for the video. Dialogue subtitles are best laid in afterwards.
