LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT ================================ Realistic Taiwanese rental property management office. Two adjacent office desks arranged side by side. 賀丞 sits at the LEFT workstation. 陳萱 sits at the RIGHT workstation. Both are having their lunch break. Each desk contains: A Taiwanese lunchbox, chopsticks, smartphone, office documents, computer monitor, notebooks and stationery. Use the uploaded office photos as visual references. Keep the office realistic and slightly busy, with a natural everyday working atmosphere. Warm indoor lighting, cinematic shallow depth of field. Exactly two main characters. MOVEMENT AND POSITION ================================ Both characters remain seated throughout the video. 賀丞 stays on the LEFT. 陳萱 stays on the RIGHT. They sit next to each other at adjacent desks, slightly angled toward one another. 陳萱 naturally holds chopsticks, occasionally picks up food and takes small bites. 賀丞 initially focuses on eating his lunch. When 陳萱 speaks, he turns his head toward her. When delivering his punchlines, 賀丞 puts down his chopsticks and uses subtle hand gestures. 陳萱 pauses eating when surprised, then continues eating naturally. Realistic hand movements and food physics. No unnecessary body movement. ================================ 5. SHOT-BY-SHOT STORY ================================ [00:00–00:06] SCENE 1 — THE IMPOSSIBLE REQUIREMENTS Medium-wide two-shot. 陳萱 is eating her lunch. She looks toward 賀丞 while holding chopsticks. She casually starts complaining: 陳萱: 「欸賀丞！昨天那個租客，預算一萬，要求兩房、平車、近捷運，還要有管理員！」 Her tone is casual and slightly amused, like talking to a coworker during lunch. 賀丞 stops eating and looks at her. [00:06–00:12] SCENE 2 — THE FIRST PUNCHLINE Medium close-up of 賀丞. He slowly puts down his chopsticks. He looks at 陳萱 with a serious expression. He delivers the line completely seriously. 陳萱 looks at him with disbelief. [00:12–00:19] SCENE 3 — THE RENTAL PHILOSOPHY 賀丞 sits up slightly straighter. He raises one hand and gestures as if explaining an important professional principle. Short pause. He nods confidently, as though he has just said something profound. 陳萱 looks at him speechlessly. [00:19–00:25] SCENE 4 — THE FALSE HOPE 陳萱 leans slightly toward him, looking curious. He speaks with complete confidence. 陳萱's eyes brighten. She briefly stops eating and asks: 「真的？」 [00:25–00:30] SCENE 5 — THE FINAL REVEAL Close-up of 賀丞. He calmly picks up his chopsticks, looks down at his lunchbox, and casually replies: 賀丞: 「有啊，在夢裡。」 He continues eating as if nothing happened. Cut to 陳萱. She freezes with chopsticks in mid-air. She slowly turns her head toward 賀丞. End with her speechless, slightly annoyed expression. Hold the final reaction briefly. ================================ 6. ACTING DIRECTION ================================ 賀丞: He must be completely serious. He genuinely believes he is giving professional advice. Never laugh at his own jokes. His delivery is confident, relaxed and natural. He becomes increasingly proud of his own reasoning. She is relaxed and playful. She speaks like a familiar coworker. Her expressions progress naturally: curiosity → disbelief → brief excitement → speechless reaction. The comedy comes from the contrast between ordinary lunchtime conversation and 賀丞's ridiculous confidence. Do not overact. No screaming. No exaggerated gestures. No theatrical performance. ================================ 7. CAMERA AND EDITING ================================ Opening: Medium-wide two-shot showing both desks, both characters eating lunch. Dialogue: Alternate natural medium close-ups while preserving screen direction. Punchlines: Use subtle camera push-ins on 賀丞. Reactions: Use short reaction shots of 陳萱. Ending: Close-up of 陳萱's speechless expression. Hold for a brief comedic pause. Smooth cinematic cuts. Natural camera movement. Maintain consistent office geography. ================================ 8. AUDIO AND DIALOGUE ================================ Authentic Taiwanese Mandarin. Natural Taiwan conversational pronunciation. 賀丞: Young Taiwanese male voice. Confident, relaxed, witty and natural. 陳萱: Young Taiwanese female voice. Casual, playful, slightly sarcastic. Every dialogue line must be spoken by the correct character. Accurate lip synchronization. Natural conversational pauses. No overlapping dialogue. No invented dialogue. No missing dialogue. Background audio: Subtle office ambience, natural chopstick sounds, lunchbox sounds, distant keyboard typing. Light playful instrumental music, very low volume beneath dialogue. Dialogue must remain clear and prominent. ================================ 9. STRICT NEGATIVE PROMPT ================================ NO subtitles. NO captions. NO on-screen text. NO floating text. NO dialogue bubbles. NO generated Chinese characters. NO English text overlays. NO watermarks. NO extra logos. No additional characters. No face changes. No identity mixing. No hairstyle changes.
